Celeste Hamman, the Health and Happiness Coach

Celeste is a Certified WaveMaker Mentor Coach and a CoachU graduate. Her coaching practice began in 1997 as a synergistic melding of Public Accounting and Employee Wellness.

By acting on her intuition in 2003, Celeste purchased a WaveMaker and accelerated her own and her clients’ growth with deeper insights, expanded beliefs, and higher consciousness.

Celeste holds a MEd in Exercise Physiology and is a Personal Fitness Trainer. She blends body, mind and spirit in her workbook, Healthy Living by YOUR Design, aimed at women in their midlife moving through the transitions of career, family and physical changes that characterize these years.
