Health and fitness are core concerns for each and every one of us. Unfortunately,
many of us spend our lives on a roller coaster of ups and downs – times when we
get on top of the game: we exercise regularly, lose weight, or are graced with a
period of good health, only to fall back into old patterns: not exercising, gaining
weight, feeling poorly. What are those seemingly uncontrollable forces that keep
pulling us backward? None other than childhood conditioning – patterns of energy
and information that got laid into our bodies so early in life that they are pre
-verbal, and thus are resistant to reason, or thinking, or willpower. So how do we
address them? This is exactly what the newly emerging field of Human Software
Engineering is all about.
The new techniques and technologies of Human Software Engineering
include the Core Dynamics model, the WaveMaker™ technology and the
Pure Awareness Techniques. The new insights, techniques and skills that
you will experience and learn in this seminar can help you liberate yourself
from the invisible but powerful influences of your early childhood
conditioning. Our childhood conditioning has a pervasive and insidious grip
on us, controlling our behavior and decision making and keeping us locked
in self-sabotaging patterns.
The negative impact of early childhood experiences on adult health has now
been clearly validated and quantified by an important scientific research study
first published in 1998 called the ACE study. ACE stands for Adverse Childhood
Experiences. The study, involving over 17,000 participants, found that ACE’s
are much more common than previously recognized and it found that the
impact of traumatic experiences in childhood continues to have a negative
impact on physical and mental health decades later. The ACE’s seem to resist
self-healing. The old expression, “Time heals all” doesn’t seem to apply to

Human Software Engineering (HSE) has discovered that there are certain
patterns of childhood conditioning that appear to occur during our preverbal
stage of development and thus predate many of our personal ACE’s. In
addition, HSE has found that these patterns of conditioning are responsible for
causing our limitations in being able to self-heal the ACE’s. In Human Software
Engineering terms, these patterns of conditioning are referred to as The Core
Dynamics of Human Conditioning. HSE views these Core Dynamics as “bugs” in
our inner human software operating system. The development of HSE has
provided “debugging tools” that now make it easy to remove these limiting
patterns of conditioning. The Extraordinary Health and Fitness Program also
includes new techniques for resolving previously unresolved painful
experiences of the past (the ACE’s). These new techniques are called the Pure
Awareness Techniques and are easy to learn and use and they appear to
provide a powerful method of resolving the ACE’s.
We are now engaged in a pilot research study with Dr. Felitti, the co-
principal investigator of the ACE study, to explore the effectiveness of HSE
and the Pure Awareness Techniques in resolving the negative impact of the
ACE’s.
